Azim Premji University Need-Based Scholarships 2025

Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for this scholarship, applicants must meet the following conditions:

• Demonstrate financial need.
• Be enrolled in an undergraduate or postgraduate program at Azim Premji University.
• Have a family income of less than ₹10,00,000 per year for UG courses or less than ₹8,00,000 per year for PG courses. Note:

Certain postgraduate programs offer partial tuition fee waivers for students with prior work experience. Applicants are encouraged to review the detailed fee structure for their respective programs to check for additional eligibility criteria.

Scholarship Benefits

Students selected under this program will receive:

• A waiver of 50% to 100% on tuition fees.
• Subsidized accommodation facilities.
• Additional support may be provided for field-based activities such as immersions, internships, and project-related expenses.
• In special cases, subsidies for meals during semesters may also be granted

Required Documents

Applicants must submit the following documents for verification:

• Bank Statements – All account statements of parents/contributors from January to December 2024.
• Income Certificate – Official proof of income.
• Audited Profit & Loss Statements – If applicable, for self-employed individuals or business owners.
• Salary Slips – Latest salary slips of earning family members.
• Proof of Non-Income Transactions – Any evidence for financial transactions not reflecting income.
• Additional Documents – The university may request further documents for verification if necessary.
