The Backpack-Excellence Scholarship for Women at IMD is funded by The Swiss Foundation to empower displaced women globally who have faced significant personal setbacks and believed an MBA was beyond reach. The scholarship enables them to develop leadership skills necessary for career and societal progress.
Open to women of all nationalities.
Targeted at those displaced by conflict, disaster, or persecution.
Preference to applicants who believed an MBA was unattainable due to life circumstances.
Must have strong academic/professional background.
Must contribute meaningfully to class learning.
Cannot receive other scholarship awards.
Full funding of CHF 133,500
Covers tuition fees and living expenses
Interested candidates must fill out the Scholarships and Bursaries form located under the Financial Planning section of the MBA application form.
Applicants must also submit a 500-word essay explaining how, as a displaced woman, the MBA at IMD will transform their life and their learning goals.Apply Now
