To be eligible for the John Monash Scholarship 2025–2026, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Australian Citizenship: You must be an Australian citizen at the time of application. Permanent residents are not eligible.
Undergraduate Qualification from an Australian University: You must have completed, or be on track to complete by 31 December 2025, an undergraduate degree from an accredited Australian university.
International Postgraduate Study Plan: You must plan to undertake full-time postgraduate study (master’s or PhD) at a reputable international university — outside of Australia — starting no earlier than 2026.
