About the Program

The NL Scholarship (formerly known as Holland Scholarship) is offered by the Dutch Ministry of Education, Culture and Science and the University of Twente. It is intended for students who wish to study, carry out an internship, or complete a graduation assignment outside the European Economic Area (EEA) during the academic year 2025/2026.

Eligibility
  • Applicants must be full-time students at the University of Twente, planning to go abroad in the 2025/2026 academic year.
  • They should not have previously received an NL Scholarship/Holland Scholarship for their UT degree or outgoing mobility.
  • The study, internship, or graduation assignment must take place in a country outside the EEA, last between 7 and 52 weeks, and earn a minimum of 10 ECTS.
Benefits

A one-time payment of Rs. 200000, disbursed in full before the start date of the mobility.
