- The applicant must be a student of Class 1 to Class 10 from a minority community, with annual family income ≤ ₹1,00,000, and must have scored at least 50% marks in the previous final examination. The student must not be availing any other government scholarship and not be the third sibling receiving this scholarship.
About the Program
The Pre Matric Scholarship for Minorities is a scheme by the Ministry of Minority Affairs to support students from minority communities studying in Classes 1–10 in government or eligible private schools across India. It aims to encourage school education among minority communities, reduce financial burden, and provide equal opportunities for educational growth.

Admission Fee (Class 6–10): ₹500/year.
