Eligibility Criteria
To apply for this scholarship, applicants must:
- Be an Indian citizen and a resident of Delhi.
- Belong to the Other Backward Classes (OBC) category.
- Be enrolled in Class 9 or 10 in a government school.
- Have successfully passed the previous academic year.
- Have at least 75% attendance in the previous year.
- Have a family income of less than ₹2,50,000 per annum from all sources.
Note:
- ****Students already availing benefits from another scholarship are not eligible.
- Students who fail to get promoted to the next class are ineligible (unless a valid reason is certified by the competent authority).
- Any misconduct, disciplinary violation, or breach of scholarship terms may result in suspension or cancellation of the scholarship.
Scholarship Benefits
Selected students will receive:
- A fixed academic allowance of ₹4,000 per annum.
Required Documents
Applicants must provide the following documents:
- Caste certificate in the name of the student or their father, issued by the SDM/Deputy Commissioner (Revenue), GNCT of Delhi.
- Marksheet of the previous academic year.
- Income certificate issued by a competent authority (SDM/Deputy Commissioner, GNCT of Delhi).
- Domicile certificate issued by the competent authority of Delhi.
- Bank account details in the student’s name, which must be linked to their Aadhaar card.

- Register/Login on the scholarship portal.
- Fill out the online application form with the necessary personal, academic, and financial details.
- Upload scanned copies of all required documents.
- Review and submit the application before the deadline (May 31, 2025).
- Save the application receipt for future reference.
