The “Prime Minister’s Scholarship Scheme (PMSS) for the Wards of States/UTs Police Personnel” was introduced by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India during the academic session 2019-20 to encourage higher technical and professional education for the dependent wards of States/UTs Police Personnel who are martyred during Terror/Naxal attacks. A total of 500 scholarships will be awarded annually in equal numbers to boys and girls (250 each).

For new applicants:
Click on ‘New Registration’ under Applicant Corner.
Read the guidelines, accept the undertaking, and proceed.
Fill in required details to register.
For registered applicants:
Log in using your Application ID and Password.
Click on ‘Fresh Application’, select the scholarship, fill out the form, upload required documents, and submit.
Required documents include Aadhaar Card, passport-size photo, certificate from State Govt confirming martyrdom, MEQ mark sheet, death certificate, disability certificate (if applicable), and bank details linked with Aadhaar.
