Pre-Matric Scholarship for SC Students, Delhi 2024-25

Eligibility Criteria

To apply for this scholarship, applicants must:

• Be an Indian citizen and a resident of Delhi.
• Belong to the Scheduled Caste (SC) category.
• Be enrolled as a full-time student in Class 9 or 10 in a recognized institution.
• Have a family income of less than ₹2,50,000 per annum.

Scholarship Benefits

Selected students will receive financial support based on their status as day scholars or hostellers:

• Additionally, Divyang (disabled) students will receive a 10% extra allowance.

Note:

• Disability is defined as per the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016. The government will appoint certified authorities to issue disability certificates.
• Scholarship awards are subject to satisfactory academic performance and a minimum of 75% attendance each year.

Required Documents

Applicants must submit the following documents:

• One passport-size photograph with the student’s signature.
• Self-attested copies of certificates and mark sheets for all previously passed exams.
• Caste certificate issued by an authorized Revenue Officer (not below the rank of Tehsildar).
• Income certificate of the student’s parents.
• Academic transcripts, including marksheets and certificates.

2. Register/Login on the scholarship portal.
3. Fill in the application form with accurate details.
4. Upload scanned copies of all required documents.
5. Review and submit the application before the deadline (May 31, 2025).
6. Save and print the application receipt for future reference.
