Post-Matric Scholarship (PMS) for SC/ST/BC/Disabled Category, Telangana 2024-25

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for this scholarship, applicants must meet the following conditions:

• Must be an Indian national.Must be a domicile of Telangana.
• Must belong to any of the following categories: SC, ST, BC, EBC, or Disabled Welfare.
• Must have passed Class 10 and currently be pursuing post-matric studies.
• Must have a minimum attendance of 75% at the end of each quarter in Class 10.

Scholarship Benefits

Selected candidates will receive tuition fee reimbursement based on their course of study.

• The reimbursement amount ranges from ₹850 per annum for intermediate courses to ₹6,90,000 per annum for medical courses.
• In addition to tuition fees, selected students will receive monthly maintenance/mess charges, which vary based on the course and category.

Required Documents

Applicants must provide the following documents while applying:

• Latest Passport-Sized Photograph – A recent, clear photo of the applicant.
• Aadhaar Card – Proof of identity.
• Caste Certificate – Required for SC/ST/BC applicants.
• Disability Certificate – Mandatory for students applying under the Disabled Welfare category.
• Class 10 Marksheets and Certificates – Proof of qualification.
• Bank Passbook First Page – Should display the applicant's name, account number, and IFSC code (not required for EBC students).
• Study/Bonafide Certificate – Proof of study for the last 7 consecutive years.
• CET (Common Entrance Test) Allotment Order – Required only for students admitted through CET-based courses.
