Reimbursement of Tuition Fees for SC/ST/OBC Students (Class I to XII) – Delhi

Eligibility Criteria

• The applicant must belong to the SC/ST/OBC category.
• Family income should not exceed ₹3.00 lakh per annum (Income Certificate issued by a competent authority in Delhi must be valid at the time of application submission).
• The student must be studying in a recognized/affiliated school under the Department of Education, Government of NCT of Delhi, or municipal local bodies of Delhi.
• Repeaters in a particular class are not eligible.
• Students must have scored 50% or above marks and have at least 70% attendance in the preceding academic year.

Required Documents

• Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC) issued in the student’s or father’s name by SDM/Deputy Commissioner (Revenue), GNCTD.
• Domicile Certificate of Delhi (if the SC certificate is issued outside Delhi).
• Original fee receipts for the current academic session.
• Bank Account details (The account should be in the student’s name, though a joint account with a parent/guardian is permissible). The account must be active and linked to the student’s Aadhaar number.

Reimbursement Details

• Covers Tuition Fees, Lab Fees, and Library Fees.
• Maximum reimbursement amount: ₹48,000/- per annum or actual fees paid, whichever is lower.

Application Process

• Register/Login on the E-District Delhi Portal.
• Select the Reimbursement of Tuition Fees Scheme under Welfare Schemes.
• Fill in the required details and upload the necessary documents.
• Submit the application before the deadline.

• Incomplete applications or those without valid documents will be rejected.
• Only students fulfilling the attendance and academic performance criteria will be eligible
