The Sanskriti - Prabha Dutt Fellowship 2025 is an initiative by the Sanskriti Foundation aimed at supporting women print journalists in India. This fellowship provides an opportunity for female journalists to pursue in-depth research and reporting projects, leading to a monograph, book, or publication.
The fellowship offers partial funding of ₹1,00,000, along with coverage of travel expenses, to help recipients focus on their journalistic work. It is open to Indian women aged 25 to 40, and applicants must be exclusively working in print journalism. Selected fellows are required to publish a specified number of articles in recognized publications as part of their project.
By supporting impactful journalism, the fellowship aims to empower women journalists, encouraging them to explore and report on important issues affecting society.
