How to Apply Check Eligibility

• Ensure that you meet all the eligibility requirements, including nationality, academic background, and GPA.
• Submit a Master’s Degree Application at UCL
• Complete the admission application for a full-time master’s program at UCL, ensuring that all references and required documents are included.
• The application must be submitted before February 27, 2025.
• Scholarship Application
• Once the UCL admission application is submitted, candidates must follow the instructions provided by UCL’s Student Funding Office to apply for the scholarship.

Eligibility Criteria To qualify for the UCL India Excellence Scholarship, applicants must:

• Be permanently domiciled in India.
• Hold a bachelor’s degree OR be in the final year of a bachelor’s degree from an institution ranked in the Top 100 of the Government of India’s National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF).
• Have achieved a GPA equivalent to a UK first-class degree in their undergraduate studies.

Scholarship Benefits

• Total Number of Awards: 33
• Scholarship Amount: GBP 5,000 (₹5,32,765) for one year
• Scholarship Duration: One year (For two-year full-time programs, the amount will be divided equally over both years)

Additional Conditions:

• The scholarship can be combined with other financial aid, but UCL may adjust the award amount based on the total funding received.
• Recipients must inform UCL’s Student Funding Office if they receive additional financial support for their studies.
• The scholarship will be first applied to tuition fees, and any remaining amount will be provided in three equal instalments to assist with living expenses.
