About the Program
The NextGen Leaders Program is an initiative by Do Well Do Good exclusively for all university students and young professionals worldwide to access a free individual-based training program online. We aspire to extend our global footprint and empower the next generation of leaders with our unique approach.
The NextGen Leaders Program will run for three weeks and aims at exposing our students to the concept of doing well while doing good. Our goal is to reach 10000+ students and young professionals worldwide, providing them with an understanding of the concept, honing corporate and consulting skills, and applying these skills to a case study along with live interactions with mentors.
Our mission is to help each and every youth worldwide, nurturing a new generation of leaders who are not only adept in corporate and consulting skills but are also driven by a genuine intent to contribute positively to society.
Eligibility
- - Be enrolled in a university program worldwide OR a young professional below the age of 35
- - Can commit to 3 weeks to complete the program
- - Is passionate to become a leader to drive change
- - Fluent in English
- - Students or Young Professionals from Pan India are eligible to apply.

Pedagogy
The NextGen Leaders Program offers a dynamic three-week online program, offered to all university students and young professionals worldwide with the mindset to thrive in today's competitive landscape. Through immersive online training, participants will delve into the ethos of "doing well while doing good", mastering essential corporate and consulting skills along the way, to build a stronger community of leaders who will balance performance and impact.
