Mukhyamantri Vidhyarathi Pratibha Yojana for SC/ST/OBC Students 2025

Eligibility Criteria To be eligible for the Mukhyamantri Vidhyarathi Pratibha Yojana, students must meet the following requirements:

• Must be domiciled in Delhi.
• Must belong to the SC/ST/OBC community.
• Must be enrolled in Classes 9 to 12 in a school recognized by the Government of NCT of Delhi.
• The annual family income should not exceed INR 8,00,000.
• Must have secured the following minimum marks in the previous academic year:
  • Class 9 and 10: Minimum 50%
  • Class 11 and 12: Minimum 60%

Application Process Students must submit their application form online through the designated scholarship portal.

Required Documents

• Applicants must provide the following documents while applying:
• Annual Family Income Certificate issued by the competent authority in Delhi.
• EWS Certificate (if applicable), issued by the Government of NCT of Delhi.
• Domicile Certificate issued by the competent authority of the Government of NCT of Delhi (if applicable).
• Caste Certificate issued by SDM/Deputy Commissioner (Revenue), GNCTD, in the student’s or their father’s name.

How to Apply for Mukhyamantri Vidhyarathi Pratibha Yojana 2025 Follow these steps to apply for the Mukhyamantri Vidhyarathi Pratibha Yojana:

Step 1: Visit the Official Portal

• Go to the designated scholarship portal of the Government of NCT of Delhi (The exact portal link will be available on the official government website).

Step 2: Register/Login

• New users: Click on “New Registration” and create an account using your Aadhaar number, mobile number, and email ID.
• Existing users: Log in using your registered credentials.

Step 3: Fill in the Application Form After logging in, navigate to the Mukhyamantri Vidhyarathi Pratibha Yojana application section.

• Enter personal details such as name, date of birth, category (SC/ST/OBC), and address.
• Provide school details (name, class, roll number).
• Enter family income details.
• Upload the required documents in the specified format.

Step 4: Upload Required Documents Ensure you have the following documents ready:

• Annual Family Income Certificate
• Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC)
• Domicile Certificate (if applicable)
• EWS Certificate (if applicable)
• Marksheet of the previous academic year
• Aadhaar-seeded bank account details

Step 5: Review & Submit

• Double-check all the details and uploaded documents.
• Click on the Submit button to finalize the application.
• Step 6: Track Application Status
• After submission, note down the application reference number.
• Use this number to track the status of your application on the scholarship portal.
• Step 7: Receive Scholarship Amount
• If selected, the scholarship amount (up to INR 10,000 per annum) will be directly credited to the student’s Aadhaar-linked bank account.
