About the Program

The Vidyadhan Andhra Pradesh Scholarship, by the Sarojini Damodaran Foundation, supports meritorious students from low-income families who have completed their 10th grade (SSC) in 2025. Selected students receive ₹10,000 per year for Grades 11 & 12, along with access to mentoring and career guidance. Continued support is available for higher education based on academic performance. The program empowers bright minds to pursue their dreams without financial barriers.

Important Dates

  • Application Deadline: 20th July 2025
  • Screening Test: 10th August 2025
  • Interview Dates: 22nd – 27th August 2025 (Exact dates will be emailed to shortlisted candidates)

Award:

Eligibility: Students from Andhra Pradesh who passed 10th grade in 2025 with 90% marks (or 9 CGPA) and have a family income below ₹2 lakhs are eligible.

Eligibility Description
  • Must have passed 10th grade (SSC) in 2025 from Andhra Pradesh.
  • Annual family income must be less than ₹2 Lakhs.
  • Must have secured at least 90% marks or 9 CGPA in 10th grade.
  • Relaxed to 75% or 7.5 CGPA for students with disabilities.

  • 10th Grade Marksheet (Original / Provisional / Online copy)
  • Recent Passport-Size Photograph
  • Income Certificate issued by a competent authority (Ration card not accepted)

Selection Process: Based on academic performance and application detail; shortlisted students will be invited for a free online test/interview via the official website only.
