Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible, applicants must:
- Hold a PhD degree in relevant fields such as Engineering, Science, or Humanities within the past two years.
- Have a strong academic record throughout their education.
- Be under the age of 35 at the time of application.
- Be willing to engage in advanced research in one of the following areas:
- Basic Sciences
- Earth, Ocean, & Climate Sciences
- Electrical Sciences
- Infrastructure
- Mechanical Sciences
- Humanities, Social Sciences & Management
Required Documents:
Applicants need to submit the following documents:
- A detailed CV.
- A one-page summary of PhD work.
- A two-page research proposal.
- One set of publication copies.
- Relevant educational certificates and mark sheets.
- A photograph (in JPG format).
- Provision PhD completion certificate (for candidates awaiting the PhD degree).
- Two best journal papers.
- Relief certificate from the employer (if currently employed).
Benefits:
The selected fellows will receive:
- A monthly fellowship ranging from INR 45,000 to INR 55,000, along with HRA (depending on experience and qualifications).
- Accommodation (subject to availability) along with a contingency grant of INR 50,000 per year.
- House Rent Allowance (HRA) if accommodation is not provided.
- Medical and Leave benefits as per institute regulations.
